What's included with delivery?
We drop off and set up your chairs, tables, and bounce house at your event address, then return afterward for pickup — no lifting or setup required on your end.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you know your date. Weekends and holidays fill up fastest, especially for the bounce house — booking a few weeks ahead is the safest bet.
Is the deposit refundable?
The $50 deposit secures your date and items. Reach out as early as possible if your plans change — we'll always work with you on rescheduling.
Do you set up and take down the bounce house?
Yes — our team handles full setup, including the blower, and comes back to break it down and haul it away. You don't touch a thing.
What areas do you deliver to?
We proudly serve Dallas. If you're just outside Dallas, reach out and we'll let you know if we can make it work.
Can I change my order after booking?
Absolutely — just contact us before your event date and we'll update your chair and table quantities.
